Returns

You can return products purchased from us within 14 days from the date you receive the package. Please send the return to the address below:

Please make sure to include the receipt and a statement of withdrawal from the contract in the package. It is essential to provide your bank account number and clearly fill in your full name. This will help speed up the refund process.
You may also send your statement of withdrawal from the purchase agreement via email to: contact@miradouroceramica.com.
The date of sending the email with the withdrawal statement or the date the return package is shipped determines whether the 14-day return period is respected.
Returned products must be complete and show no signs of use. If you return a product that does not meet these conditions, we will be forced to send it back to you at your expense.

We will issue a refund no later than 14 days after receiving the return package. The method of refund will correspond to the payment method chosen when placing the order. If the order was paid via instant transfer, the refund will be made in the same way.
In the case of a partial return, shipping costs will not be refunded.

The cost of returning the product to the store is borne by the customer.
If the order was paid for but not collected, we will refund the order value minus the cost of return shipping.

If the product you purchased turns out to be defective, damaged, or does not match your order, we are happy to help you resolve the issue. Below is the complaints procedure:

If the complaint is accepted, we will strive to resolve the issue in the most favorable way for you. This may include replacing the product with a new one, repair, refund, or another form of compensation.
